Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 shipping pass along with providing an updated address.
Orders are shipped out of Millbrook, Alabama. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 7 business days as this only delays us processing orders.
Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit please email us at willandrycompany@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Local pickup area is located in the Millbrook/Prattville/Montgomery, Alabama and will be agreed upon by both parties. Will & Ry will contact you within 24hr via Email to schedule pickup.
